A. Personal Information: When you register, we collect identifiers such as your full name, email address, and encrypted passwords. If you participate in our referral program, we may collect banking details or UPI IDs strictly for payout purposes.
B. Usage & AI Input Data: We collect the text prompts, ideas, and configurations you input into our script generator. We also record the resulting AI-generated scripts, your token transaction history, and your interaction metrics with our UI.
C. Device & Technical Data: We automatically log your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs to maintain platform security and optimize user experience.
We process your data for the following essential business purposes:
- Service Delivery: To generate scripts via AI models, manage your token wallet, and authenticate your login.

funbun does not sell your personal data to advertisers. We only share data with trusted infrastructure partners necessary to operate the Service:
- AI Providers: Your raw text prompts are securely transmitted via API to our LLM providers (e.g., Google Cloud / Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating the script. According to their enterprise terms, your input data is NOT used to train their public models.
- Payment Gateways: When you purchase tokens, your billing information is processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant providers (like Razorpay or Stripe). We do not store your credit card numbers.
- Cloud Hosting: Your account data and script history are stored on secure cloud servers managed by enterprise providers.
We use session cookies and local storage mechanisms to keep you logged in and to track referral attributions securely. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking pixels for third-party advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from logging into your funbun account.
We retain your account information and script history for as long as your account is active. This allows you to revisit your past scripts at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your data, you may submit a deletion request to support@funbun.in. Upon request, we will erase your personal identifiers and script history within 30 days, retaining only anonymized ledger data required for tax and legal compliance.
Our primary servers are located in specific global regions. By using funbun, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country outside your jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ.
funbun is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain EU jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has created an account, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.
