Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Token Purchases

funbun (workway ecosystem llp) operates on a strictly non-refundable, prepaid token model. Because we incur direct costs from our AI providers (such as Google Gemini) the moment a script is generated, we do not offer refunds for tokens that have already been used.

2. Unused Tokens

If you purchase a token pack by mistake and have not used a single token from that specific purchase, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction. Please contact support@funbun.in to initiate the process.

3. Failed Transactions

If your bank account or UPI was debited but the tokens were not credited to your funbun wallet, the payment gateway will automatically process a refund within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive the tokens or the refund, please contact us with your Transaction ID.

4. Subscription Cancellations

funbun does not use a recurring subscription model. You only pay for the tokens you buy. Therefore, there is no subscription to cancel, and you will never be auto-charged.

5. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., abusing the referral system), you forfeit any remaining tokens in your wallet and no refund will be provided.
