Welcome to funbun. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the funbun website, platform, application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing tokens, or otherwise accessing the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using funbun, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. funbun will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
funbun provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that utilizes third-party artificial intelligence models (such as Google Gemini) to generate video scripts, creative text, and formatting cues based on user prompts. Because the Service relies on generative AI, you acknowledge that output may occasionally be unpredictable, inaccurate, or inappropriate. The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Access to our AI generation tools requires the use of prepaid "Tokens." Tokens are purchased in packages through our secure payment gateways. Tokens hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency outside of our specific Referral Program payout conditions. funbun reserves the right to adjust the token cost per generation based on server load, AI API costs, and operational requirements without prior notice.
Your Prompts and Output: funbun claims no ownership over the raw input/prompts you provide. Upon generating a script using your purchased tokens, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and exclusive commercial license to use, modify, distribute, and monetize that specific output text (the "Script").
Our Platform: The funbun name, logo, software code, UI/UX design, and underlying prompt-engineering algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of funbun and its licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code or proprietary AI instructions.
You agree NOT to use funbun to:
- Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, terrorism, or illegal acts.
- Generate sexually explicit content or CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material).
- Violate the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, manipulate token balances, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
- Distribute spam, malware, or phishing campaigns.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all tokens, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
Users may participate in the funbun Referral Program to earn commissions. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of fiat revenue actually received by funbun from referred users. funbun reserves the right to delay payouts for fraud-prevention audits. Self-referrals, using multiple accounts to farm commissions, or running deceptive ads using the funbun trademark will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNBUN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. THE AI OUTPUT IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE FACTUALLY ACCURATE OR LEGALLY COMPLIANT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FUNBUN, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of funbun's registered headquarters.
